Terms & Conditions

1. Inspection: Only company representatives are authorized to inspect damaged materials.
2. Proof Required: Valid proof of purchase must be presented (Invoice & Guarantee Card).
3. Sampling: The company may collect damaged samples for laboratory testing.
4. Replacement: Only the damaged portion of plywood will be replaced.
5. No Mix Brands: Using materials from other brands on the same site voids the guarantee.
6. Limited Liability: Liability is limited to plywood replacement; workmanship claims are not entertained.
7. Wear & Tear: Natural wear or abnormal use (e.g., water exposure) is not covered. Service charges may apply if the fault lies with the customer.
8. Total Damage: In cases of complete damage, applicable tax will be deducted during reimbursement.
9. Product Identification:
   • Each sheet must have a brand sticker at the top center.
   • Side rubber roller impression of the brand is required.
   • Batch number, grade, and manufacturing month/year must be present.
10. Jurisdiction: All guarantees are subject to company terms. Jurisdiction: Hubli only.
